Jason Zhang is a Managing Director and Head of Lender Finance at Churchill Real Estate. Since joining the firm in 2021, he has spearheaded the growth of Churchill’s warehouse lending platform. In this capacity, Jason oversees daily operations, including deal sourcing and structuring, portfolio management, and investor relations.
Prior to Churchill, Jason served in the residential mortgages group at Wells Fargo Securities, where he managed and financed various mortgage strategies. He began his career in Asset-Backed Securitization (ABS) at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, leading the origination and execution of ABS transactions. Jason holds a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Economics from Virginia Tech.
