Sean Robertson is a Director and Co-Head of Originations for Institutional Property Loans, responsible for overseeing the sourcing, structuring, and execution of ground-up construction and bridge loans on multifamily projects across the U.S. Since joining Churchill in 2021, Sean has led the execution of over $1.5 billion in debt transactions. Previously, Sean was Senior Vice President of Originations at Genesis Capital, where he spearheaded loan origination efforts across the eastern U.S. Earlier, Sean spent five years at Meridian Capital Group where he was involved in over $3.0 billion of debt and equity transactions as part of the institutional structured finance team. Sean received a B.S.B.A. in Finance from the University of Arizona.
